Season of The Manifestation of God!

Season of The Manifestation of God!

We are entering a crucial time in God's time clock in history when God will show forth mightily through His people who abide in Him faithfully. There will be shakeups in the world and even in the church, but at the same time, we have come into a season of the manifestation of our place, position, and power in Christ!

The manifestation of God is simply revealing God to the world around us. Jesus is our Example of revealing God to the world: “No man has ever seen God at any time; the only unique Son, or the only begotten God, Who is in the bosom [in the intimate presence] of the Father, He has declared Him [He has revealed Him and brought Him out where He can be seen; He has interpreted Him and He has made Him known]” (John 1:18, Amplified Bible).

Jesus declared the Father!

Jesus revealed God!

Jesus brought out the Father where He can be seen!

Jesus interpreted Him!

Jesus made the Father known to the world that was (and is) looking for Him!

So are we to declare the One True God through Jesus Christ, our Lord, to the world that does not know Him!

Year of the Manifestation!

2025 will be the “Year of the Revealing,” “Year of the Accomplishment,” and the “Year of the Manifestation of God Through His Children!”

Apostle Paul wrote to the Romans: “For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God” (Romans 8:19, KJV).

For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God” (Romans 8:19, NKJV).

“For [even the whole] creation (all nature) waits expectantly and longs earnestly for God’s sons to be made known [waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their sonship]” (Romans 8:19, Amplified Bible).

Manifestation of the Sons of God!

“For [even the whole] creation (all nature) waits expectantly and longs earnestly for God’s sons to be made known [waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their sonship]” (Romans 8:19, Amplified Bible).

The curse of mankind is causing the groaning upon the creation of God while the creation itself is not to blame. The curse of sin is weighing down on the creation of God and the world around us as they all cry for freedom.

Two forces are fighting—the force of Satan, which manifests demonic influence upon the world influenced by him, and the force of righteousness, which counters the devil's works by manifesting good works to annihilate them.

Manifestation of Your Place!

God will manifest Himself among His people by settling them in their proper places in Him!

Moses was in his place as a shepherd for over 40 years when he approached the “burning bush!” It was then that he knew of His place with God when God called him out to commission him in the middle of the desert.

Joshua was in his place of obedience to God, after serving Moses for 40 years to be crowned as Moses’ successor! After faithfully following God and serving his mentor Moses for 40 years, Joshua’s time came. God commanded Moses to ordain Joshua: “And the Lord said to Moses: ‘Take Joshua the son of Nun with you, a man in whom is the Spirit, and lay your hand on him; set him before Eleazar the priest and before all the congregation and inaugurate (commission) him in their sight. And you shall give some of your authority to him, that all the congregation of the children of Israel may be obedient” (Numbers 27:18-20).

Gideon was in his place after defying the enemies with their scary tactics when he reaped the wheat harvest and threshed it in his winepress by hiding it from the eyes of the Midianites. God had His eyes upon Gideon at his winepress, when Gideon defied the eyes of his enemies: “Now the Angel of the Lord came and sat under the terebinth tree which was in Ophrah, which belonged to Joash the Abiezrite, while his son Gideon threshed wheat in the winepress, in order to hide it from the Midianites. And the Angel of the Lord appeared to him, and said to him, ‘The Lord is with you, you mighty man of valor’” (Joshua 6:11-12)!

Jesus knew that “He was about to be His Father’s business” as early as He was 12 years old when, at the Temple, He was sharing His wisdom with the scholars of His day! Jesus was in His place after submission to His earthly parents for 30 years, when He stepped in for His baptism and followed the Holy Spirit's leading to fast in the wilderness for 40 days!

Jesus was in His place when He obeyed the Holy Spirit with His submission to enter the wilderness: “Then Jesus, being filled with the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness” (Luke 4:1).

I want to be clear – our place is the place of learning, belonging, and growing in the Lord. Please evaluate your growth from before this year. Have you grown in the Lord? Have you been instructed in the Lord?

Are you challenged by the Lord? Are you overcoming your obstacles in the spiritual place and the company you keep? If the answer is “Yes,” continue to reach forward with all your strength and commitment. If the answer is “No,” please ask the Lord, fast, and pray, for God to define a pathway you must be on. Do it now. Do it without delay.

The Revelation of Your Position!

God reveals His position for which He has been training us in this “Season of Manifestation of God!”

Being in your position means receiving your call from God when you are appointed for your position. Those appointed will know beyond a shadow of a doubt that their position to which God has called them.

God’s call was clear to Joshua: “Moses My servant is dead. Now therefore, arise, go over this Jordan, you and all this people, to the land which I am giving to them—the children of Israel. Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you, as I said to Moses” (Joshua 1:2-3). Joshua knew his time had come to lead his people into the Promised Land.

God’s call was precise to Gideon: “Then the Lord turned to him and said, ‘Go in this might of yours, and you shall save Israel from the hand of the Midianites. Have I not sent you?’” (Judges 6:14). Gideon knew that his wheat harvesting days were over and that he was called to defeat the Midianites as God’s chosen general.

Jesus defeated the devil in the wilderness by His submission to the WORD, and He came into His position as the “Lord’s Anointed” to start and finish His mission to save the lost: “Then Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit to Galilee, and news of Him went out through all the surrounding region. And He taught in their synagogues, being glorified by all” (Luke 4:14-15).

Your position as a child of God may be a missionary, evangelist, pastor, teacher, or leader of the marketplace to glorify the Lord, a glorious mother, father, or grandparent. While your place of learning helps you grow, your position makes you effective. You are the person solely effective in your calling no matter what that calling might be from the Lord.

Fulfillment in Your Position with the Power of God!

Knowing your place and operating in your position enhances you with power that is endowed upon you by God who has been faithful in His training and calling. God will not allow you to operate in your position in your place without His power!

God’s power upon Joshua: “No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you” (Joshua 1:5).

Gideon’s triumph over the Midianites with the power of God: “So, Gideon and the hundred men who were with him came to the outpost of the camp at the beginning of the middle watch, just as they had posted the watch; and they blew the trumpets and broke the pitchers that were in their hands. Then the three companies blew the trumpets and broke the pitchers—they held the torches in their left hands and the trumpets in their right hands for blowing—and they cried, ‘The sword of the Lord and of Gideon.’ And every man stood in his place all around the camp; and the whole army ran and cried out and fled. When the three hundred blew the trumpets, the Lord set every man’s sword against his companion throughout the whole camp; and the army fled to [a]Beth Acacia, toward Zererah, as far as the border of Abel Meholah, by Tabbath.” (Judges 7:19-22).

Jesus was anointed with power to suppress the works of the devil: “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him” (Acts 10:38)!

God is great in that He empowers us in our position with His strength, grace, and power. We will be the most effective and strong in our position when we are not distracted or wrongly focused. Satan fears the children of God who stay in their place and function in their position. A great football team is known by its players, each of which plays to their strength, fulfills their assignments, and HOLDS their POSITIONS even during the trick plays by the opponents. Such a team is unbeatable. It proves that we are the strongest in our positions defined by the Lord! On the other hand, when we do not stand in our position but try to play many positions to many people, we will be ineffective and waste time. Satan will have a field day when we do not stay in our place or operate in our position.

Finishing Strong!

Joshua and his family finished strong by his faithfulness to God to the very end: “Now therefore, fear the Lord, serve Him in sincerity and in truth, and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the River and in Egypt. Serve the Lord! And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord” (Joshua 24:14-15).

Let us learn a lesson from Gideon who did not finish strong: “Then Gideon made it into an ephod and set it up in his city, Ophrah. And all Israel played the harlot with it there. It became a snare to Gideon and to his house” (Judges 8:27).

Jesus finished His life of purpose: “He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose, the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil” (I John 3:8).

Are you in your place in Christ?

Do you know what your position is in Him?

Are you effective and powerful in your position?

Then, God will reveal Himself through you in this decisive season of manifestation of God to the world.

My Prayer for the New Year!

This is the season of God manifesting Himself through His people!

I am one of them; you are the rest of them!

Let us continue in our place of faithfulness and obedience to God to excel in all that God has equipped us with!

Let us stay fruitful in our place to be mindful of our precise place in Him!

Let us get ready to assume our position to magnify and exalt the Lord through us!

Let us operate in the power of the Holy Spirit!

Let us stay in the fellowship of saints!

Let us finish strong!

“O Lord God of hosts, hear my prayer; give ear, O God of Jacob! O God, behold our shield and look upon the face of Your anointed. For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand. I would rather be a doorkeeper (stand at the threshold) in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of wickedness. For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord will give grace and glory; no good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly. O Lord of hosts blessed is the man who trusts in You” (Psalm 84:8-12)!
